Company Description

Welcoming back an iconic figure in Ephrata, WA. This little diner was once owned and operated by Ed and Barb Paul. It is our goal to bring back that menu with an exclusive farm to fork beef patty along with some other favorites, including ice cream!

Wow!! We were all impressed! Biscuits & Gravy….the Best , especially the gravy, I am a gravy-girl, and I don’t give my praise for gravy easily! Everyone at our table was praising the food! And we all had a different item from the donemenu! Only two of us could make room for the complimentary ice cream., as we all had cleaned our plates! Cook and waitress , outstanding service, and very personable. Definitely the place to go for comfortable atmosphere and the best food. cant wait to try lunch and dinner! Easily a 5 Star rating for Barb & Ed’s!
