Company Description
Develop life-changing strength with experienced coaches. For adults and youth, men and women. We're the place for strength
not selfies. For youth development, college-athlete preparation, powerlifting or other strength sports, general health, or as a means of preventative medicine into your golden years. You'll enjoy: various levels of coaching & programming, the perks of a limited-member facility, training with a like-minded community, the cleanest gym & top-notch equipment.
No experience necessary. We work with those who have never touched a barbell, to those with training experience that now seek coaching. You'll learn proper technique, training etiquette, receive guidance on nutrition-for-performance, programming & constant feedback from educated & experienced strength coaches.
We offer: small-group training (2-6) with complete coaching by the same person every training day (Tim Young), in the cleanest space with the highest quality free weights, and legit individualized programming. Sorry, we do not offer open gym use or day passes.
TCBC is located in Kennewick, Washington and is lead by head Strength and Conditioning Coach, Tim Young, MS, CSCS, and Amanda Young, MS. For details, please visit the website! www.tricitybarbellclub.com
