SOILTEST has contracted to perform wastewater use feasibility studies. Irrigation disposal options have been developed by SOILTEST for projects involving municipal, food processing, and industrial radioactive wastewater streams.

SOILTEST has been active in projects defining the feasibility and safety of municipal compost utilization. SOILTEST is the only STA approved Tier I and Tier II compost testing laboratory in Washington State. Two of our consulting scientists have completed the Compost Facility Operator Training Program presented by Washington Organics and Recycling Council with assistance from Washington State University.

At present, SOILTEST, employs two Ph.D. soil scientists, and a lab director with B.S. degrees in both soil science and animal science, three laboratory technicians, a field sales representative, compost specialist and an office staff of two.
