About Holly Pederson:

Holly Pederson is a 2008 graduate from the University of Washington and a 2013 graduate from Seattle University School of Law.

Ms. Pederson has extensive experience handling criminal law cases. During law school, Ms. Pederson worked as a Rule 9 Public Defender at what is now known as King County Department of Public Defense in Seattle, Washington.

Following law school, Ms. Pederson moved to Eastern Washington to practice as a Public Defender. There, Ms. Pederson handled criminal and civil cases. For criminal cases, Ms. Pederson handled gross misdemeanors, simple misdemeanors, and district and superior court probation violations. For civil cases, Ms. Pederson handled civil contempt and involuntary treatment cases.

Currently, Ms. Pederson is the principal attorney at Pederson Law, PLLC, which is located in Wenatchee, Washington. Ms. Pederson handles criminal cases, particularly DUIs, in Chelan County (Wenatchee, Chelan, Leavenworth, Cashmere, Entiat, Orondo), Douglas County (East Wenatchee, Waterville), Grant County (Quincy, Moses Lake, Ephrata Soap Lake, Electric City, Royal City), Benton County (Richland, Kennewick, and Pasco), and Yakima County.
