TCS Contract is a Residential and Commercial Flooring Shop that was been servicing Central Oregon since 1978 and expanded into Eastern Washington from our Tri Cities location.

Installation
TCS Contract has a network of professional installers who have been highly trained and are proficient in installing all of our flooring products. Professional installation is key to the long term performance of your flooring

Design Services
The experienced staff at TCS Contract is always available to help customers select and design their ideal design solution. Our designers are talented, experienced and enthusiastic to help customers every step of the way.

Estimates
At TCS Contract we pride ourselves in adhering to your schedule and budget. Our expert team can estimate the cost of installing flooring by providing a complimentary measurement and consultation at the site of your residential or commercial project.

Builder Program
Our team works closely with home builders and contractors. At TCS we have the ability to supply and design all Interior Finishes, including paint selections (interior and exterior), all flooring, kitchen counters/backsplash, bathrooms counters/finishes etc. Our design fee's are waived with your commitment to purchase through TCS and include finished working drawings.
